Standard Delivery
Most lighting items including table lamps, wall lights, and smaller pendants are delivered via courier, typically within 3-5 working days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Preparation
Before Your Delivery Arrives
- ◆ Check dimensions - For larger chandeliers and pendants, ensure you have adequate ceiling height and that the fixture will fit the intended space.
- ◆ Arrange installation - All electrical work should be carried out by a qualified electrician. We recommend arranging this before delivery.
- ◆ Someone needs to be home - An adult must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
- ◆ Check on arrival - Please inspect items for any transit damage before the driver leaves. Report any issues immediately.

30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns. Items must not have been installed or wired.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
Please photograph any damage before contacting us - this helps us process your claim quickly.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your location. The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Do you install lighting?
We deliver lighting but don't provide installation services. All electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician for safety and warranty purposes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders receive tracking information once dispatched. For specialist deliveries, you'll receive direct communication from our delivery team.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
For small items, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For larger items, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Are bulbs included?
This varies by product - please check the individual product description. Where bulbs are not included, we specify the bulb type required so you can purchase separately.
