GINA is a dome shade in a matte finish with natural wood where the shade meets the cord. The wood is the only warm note in the design, and it is a deliberate one.

A dome throws its light downward, so the fitting lights a table or a desk rather than the whole ceiling. That makes it as useful over a work surface as over a place to sit.

The shape is plain enough to belong in a living room and a working room without being adjusted for either.
