This wall light is built as a spiral, and the coil is the whole of the design. The light comes from behind the curved surface rather than through it, so what reaches the room is soft and indirect.
What the wall gets is more interesting than the light itself, a curve of brightness following the form and shifting as you move past it. It is a decorative fitting for a modern room, and it is honest about being one.
