BOOMO is a cylinder of light natural wood, and the shape is deliberately plain because it is meant to be a background. The bulb is the visible part — a large one, and not supplied with the fitting.
It is made as a ceiling lamp in two versions, as a wall light and as a bedside lamp, so the same idea can run from the ceiling of a room down to the side of a bed.
Wood and a bare bulb is a Scandinavian instinct, and a forgiving one. It suits a room being built up slowly, where the lighting should not be the loudest decision in it.
